Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) is bringing Back-to-School Carnival to Palm Jumeirah Mall by Dubai Retail this August, with two days of live entertainment, interactive experiences and activities for all ages.
Taking place on 7 and 8 August, in collaboration with Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment
(DFRE), part of Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), the event will run from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, filling the mall with dance performances, balloon shows, magic shows, K-Pop performances, youth showcases and interactive experiences. Before the live performances begin, Dubai’s beloved mascots, Modhesh & Dana, will make appearances at 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM on Friday, 7 August, giving families the chance to meet the iconic duo. Additionally, attendees can win shopping vouchers through fun and interactive competitions.
Designed to bring families together ahead of the new school year, visitors can enjoy entertainment, shopping and dining all under one roof while making the most of seasonal offers across a selection of Palm Jumeirah Mall’s retail and dining outlets.
