Don’t miss the festivities beginning fom the 5thof June and lasting till the 15th of the month. Here are some fun activities you can get involved in, to celebrate Filipino culture:
Flag-Raising Ceremony – A Moment of Pride
This year’s highlight is the return of the annual flag-raising ceremony, a powerful moment of pride and unity, led by HE Ambassador Alfonso Ferdinand Ver, alongside senior representative from Majid Al FuttaimFuad Mansoor Sharaf, Managing Director at Majid Al Futtaim.Setting the tone for a day full of celebration, the flag raising ceremony will be nothing short of spectacular, complete with a cultural parade and bag, sticker and charm making booths available for customers to get involved in.

Cultural Parade – Bringing the Philippines to Dubai
The event will feature a cultural parade of over 100 students, dressed in traditional Filipino attire and performing with a live marching band. Their energy and passion will bring the heart of the Philippines to life right here in Dubai. Members of the Filipino Social Club will also join the events, reinforcing the strong ties between the Filipino community and City Centre Deira.

Filipino-Inspired Customisation Booth
Visitors can explore a Filipino-inspired customisation booth – a fun, hands-on space where shoppers can personalise cotton tote bags and bag charms with vibrant designs that pay tribute to Kabayan culture. To join in, customers simply need to present receipts totalling AED 200 (excluding Carrefour purchases).

Spend & Win – A Chance to Earn Big
For those looking to add a little extra excitement to their shopping, City Centre Deira is offering a Spend & Win promotion for SHARE members.
