As part of BurJuman Mall’s overall customer convenience transformation journey, the new ticketless paid parking system and easy-to-use navigation upgrades are live now across the mall’s parking facilities. The enhanced parking solution decongests, improves car flow, and allows customers to find parking easily, all reaffirming BurJuman Mall’s commitment to putting its visitors first.
Enabled by advanced-technology ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition), BurJuman’s Smart Parking offers paperless, touchless entry and exit. Guests can enjoy free parking for the first three hours, daily, and am additional three-hour grace period free of charge for VOX Cinema guests on validation. Parking is also free on Sundays and public holidays. Payments can be made via card or cash at Parking Payment Kiosks, with card-only payment at exit points.
Enhanced wayfinding signage makes it easier to navigate the parking facility, while designated areas ensure accessibility for People of Determination and families.
