The service covers the majority of GEMS schools and gives families a simpler way to prepare for the academic year through one convenient online shopping experience.

The partnership is designed to help parents complete their Back-to-School shopping quickly and easily, reducing the need to visit multiple stores or wait in long queues during one of the busiest shopping periods of the year.
What Families Can Shop
Parents can shop official Threads school uniforms for selected GEMS schools and add other essentials to the same basket, including:
- Backpacks and lunchboxes

- Shoes and labels
- Other everyday school supplies
Families can complete their orders from home, with next-day delivery and free, easy returns available across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
Initial Rollout and Expansion
In its initial phase, the initiative includes partnerships with 27 schools and more than 20,000 school uniform products, with plans to onboard additional schools in the next phase.
