This summer, Mausam invites guests to indulge in the rich, vibrant flavours of India’s favourite fruit with the launch of its specially curated Mango Mahotsav Menu. Inspired by regional culinary traditions and the country’s enduring love affair with mangoes, the limited-time menu celebrates the versatility of the King of Fruits through an array of innovative dishes that blend authentic Indian flavours with seasonal ingredients. The Mango Mahotsav Menu will be available throughout June, offering guests a seasonal celebration of mangoes at their peak.

From refreshing chaats and flavourful appetisers to hearty mains and decadent desserts, every dish on the menu has been thoughtfully crafted to showcase the sweetness of ripe Alphonso mangoes and the tangy freshness of raw mangoes.

The culinary journey begins with vibrant creations such as the Aam Kosambari, a refreshing salad featuring raw mango, soaked moong dal, coconut, curry leaves and mango dressing, alongside the Mango Kachori, a crispy Raj Kachori topped with sprouts, fresh mangoes, tangy chutney and mango yoghurt.

For appetisers, guests can savour the Alphonso Paneer Tikka, where creamy paneer is paired with mango chunda, labneh and raw mango salsa, or the Aam Papad Jhinga, featuring crispy prawns complemented by sweet mango chilli chutney and red chilli.

The menu’s main course selection continues the celebration with comforting favourites including Desi Aam Ras Poori, served with chilled fresh mango pulp and fluffy golden pooris, the rich and creamy Mango Malai Kofta, and the coastal-inspired Mango Meen Curry, where seabass is simmered in a fragrant coconut, kokum and raw mango curry. Guests can also enjoy the aromatic Raw Mango Pulao, a fragrant basmati rice preparation infused with raw mangoes, ghee and fresh coriander.

To conclude the experience, diners can indulge in a selection of mango-inspired desserts, including the nostalgic Mango Kulfi Falooda, featuring homemade mango kulfi, rabdi and fresh mangoes, and the decadent Mango Milk Cake, layered with mango milk, mango rabree and fresh fruit.
